We set out to make linens worth keeping.
Quality is never an afterthought. It lives in the fibers we select, our weaves, and the finishing details. The result is bedding and bath linens that feel as refined as the rooms they rest in.
I wasn't taught this. I grew up in it.
When I was thirteen, I spent my summers on the floor of our family's manufacturing business. I'd have rather been anywhere else, but I came to understand something there that has shaped everything since: how a thing is made is never separate from how it makes you feel.
Years later, building the ceramic program at Mohawk Industries, I traveled to Italy each year to work with the master craftsmen behind our finest collections. They didn't begin with what a product should cost. They began with how it should look, how it should feel in the hand, how it should live in a home for decades.
Quality wasn't a feature. It was present at every step, from the first decision to the last.
I carried that conviction into bedding. We spend a third of our lives against these fabrics, and yet so much of what's sold as fine bedding is engineered backward, built to meea number and dressed up to look the part.
We do the opposite. We begin with the fiber and follow it the whole way: long-staple cotton chosen for strength and softness, yarns spun and woven by mills that have refined their craft across generations, finishing and embroidery held to a standard most would consider excessive. Nothing earns the Elegant Strand name until every layer is right.

Everything follows from the cotton. We choose long-staple fibers for their strength and their softness, sourced from growers whose standards match our own. Get this wrong and nothing downstream can save it. So we don't.
Woven by hands that know
Our yarns are spun and woven by mills who have refined their craft across generations. Expertise like this can't be rushed, and you can feel it the moment you touch it.
Tailored in the final details
The final layer is where care becomes visible. A satin-stitch line. A clean hem. The deliberate sheen of an embroidery thread set perfectly in balance. Every detail considered.
