We want you to love your Elegant Strand towels. That’s why we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, allowing you to experience the comfort and quality of Elegant Strand craftsmanship at home.
If you’re not completely satisfied, simply return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging for a hassle-free refund.

How should I wash and care for my Elegant Strand towels?
Pre-wash towels before their first use. Separate white and colored towels in the wash.
