If your item is not in stock, please allow 4-5 weeks from the time of order for your merchandise to arrive to your home.

For broken or incorrect items, please report the issue to Elegant Strand’s customer service team within 10-days of receipt. Please provide photos, and if possible, keep the original packaging material. Elegant Strand will issue a pick-up authorization and process a replacement order.
Upon receipt of a returned item, Elegant Strand will issue a full credit on the original shipment.
